There was some really great info and vision shared, and I’d encourage each of you to take the time to watch and pray through how the Lord would like you to be connected this fall.

For this week, we have some specifics on upcoming opportunities. Please take a minute to watch this video from Pastor Reggie, and then read through the information below.

WEEKLY GATHERINGS – The recent policy from the Boise Mayor’s office regarding large gatherings has brought up some questions about how this affects us at Calvary Boise. We are continuing to meet Sundays in person at 9:15AM and 11:15AM, and everyone is welcome. We also livestream our 9:15AM service for those who aren’t able to join us in person. CALVARY COMMUNITIES – Living life together in community is so important. We want to invite the whole family out for a night of food, fun for the kids, worship, teaching and helping you get connected with a Calvary Community (group) moving forward. Even if you missed the whole summer, you can still get connected in a community here at Calvary! Sunday, September 12 from 5:30-7:30PM. THURSDAY, AUGUST 5

We have some exciting things to share with you this week. Prayer requests for something happening this weekend, opportunities to serve coming up, and a praise report about an outreach that has just concluded. God is doing great things and we are blessed to be involved. Please be sure to watch this week’s update video from Pastor Parker and then read through the information below.

BOYS CAMP – Boys camp starts tomorrow! Please be praying for the group of boys who are going to camp, as well as the men who have volunteered to serve at camp. Through the years, this camp has been a transformative time in the lives of many who have attended, drawing them closer to the Lord. Please pray that lives would be changed and hearts would be turned to Jesus.

CHURCH IN THE PARK: OPPORTUNITIES TO SERVE – We have such a great time every year, and we’re extra excited to be back this year! This event has a lot of opportunities for volunteers. We have different shifts available, so you can serve for a little bit, then enjoy the other parts of the day for the rest of the time. Visit calvaryboise.com for details.

MEXICO MISSION UPDATE – Our team of High Schoolers just returned this week from their trip to Mexico. The Lord did amazing work, and the team was all so blessed by their time serving together. Be sure to check out the update video during next Sunday’s service.

CALVARY COMMUNITES – Next Wednesday, August 11 will be our last Calvary Communities on Wednesday Night for the summer.  We’ll have a pizza potluck together as families, kids will go to their classes, and then we will have our final group time together. Please join us, even if it’s for the first time. You can sign up to tell us what pizza you can bring at calvaryboise.com. Beginning this fall, we will be building and launching more biblical community. You can be a part of the next steps in two ways:
