Bringing God’s hope and love to the elderly by developing relationships, providing practical services, and sharing the Good News of Jesus with them through one of the two programs listed below.
ADOPT-A-GRANDPARENT
Ministering to elderly shut-ins through in-home help, transportation, grocery shopping, caregiver respite, and friendly visiting.
We provide training, education, and support regarding some of the obstacles that might be encountered while serving the elderly. New members can begin their ministry through working with current teams.
TWILIGHT HOPE
Ministering to residents of long-term care facilities once a week in the following ways:
• Church Services: The team meets with the elderly to worship, pray, and share the Word.
• One-on-One Visitation: Personal visits with residents that may involve prayer, reading, conversation, and other creative interactions.
