Prayer

Daily Prayer Requests

  • I need prayer as I try to work with my daughter's mom to establish a new visitation agreement for my daughter. This situation has been anything but smooth. All my efforts to reach a quick conclusion have not worked, and instead have cost time and resources (sometimes seemingly unnecessarily). I don't understand why this has been such a difficult process. But I trust the Lord is working and has a plan. Still ... it's my hope to get this finished as quickly as possible, so I can be more involved in my daughter's life and we can all move forward with more stability. Any prayer offered is greatly appreciated.

  • Dear prayer partners, I am asking fervent prayer for new leadership for my school Martinez Elementary in Colorado Springs. Pray God bring forward a new leader with integrity trust and likes the staff. Also pray for John K Salvation and repentance. Asking prayer that God will sic the hounds of heaven on him. In Jesus name I am walking by faith.

  • Please pray that my potassium and magnesium levels would be at a healthy level and that God would heal me completely and not allow my health to go backwards at all. Please pray that I could keep my mind on Him and be a positive and selfless blessing to my husband and family. And most of all that Jesus would be glorified through me and in me.

  • Please pray. I just learned that my son in law committed suicide.  We are all completely heartbroken.  None of them are believers.  Pray that I would have wisdom to minister to them in their grief.  Pray that my son would e able to process this in a way that is not destructive.

  • Please pray for our missionary to Romania, Natalie Bridges who sent the following updates and prayer requests:

    • George was sick last week, and we were unable to have our Bible study on Friday, so I played a game to review what they knew and he was able to come on Tuesday this week.  We had another great lesson and the kids participated more than they ever have.  We also had a really wonderful time of discussion at the lunch table today reviewing what we learned and the kids enjoyed it so much, they wanted more.  And even more of them are working on memorizing scripture.  Today, I could barely keep up with their requests to listen to the new verses that they learned and reviewing the ones they already learned previously.

    • We will have our Easter party on Friday.  Please pray that we will have a great time and for the Holy Spirit to speak through the devotional.

    • After the party, the kids will be spending two nights at my apartment as it is the start of their spring break and they have been begging to spend the night again.  Please pray for us to have meaningful discussions and make special memories

    • Please continue to pray for George’s family as they continue to battle illnesses and some have been quite serious.  Also, George’s family and another American family (the Criswells) are beginning to work on obtaining their next visa in order to stay in the country.  Their current visa is only good for a year.  Please pray for this process as it is quite complicated.
