Please pray for my close friend. He is struggling to know his purpose in life.  He is lonely and feels like giving up.  He misses his mom and family terribly.  Pray he will make positive choices in his life. 

Please pray for one of my husband's oldest and dearest friends who is hospitalized with RSV. He is very ill.  Pray he recovers fully. 

Update on the man we have been praying for with the blockage: We praise God that he came through the initial Intestinal surgery very well with no need for colostomy. However, he is still hospitalized with pneumonia, COVID.  doctors think he has another intestinal blockage. Pray for God's will and peace and comfort for his family especially regarding his salvation.  

Praise… Matthew is starting to do better on staying disciplined, getting homework, turned in, need to lift his grades up though… But he is trying.

Prayer for Rod and I that we can get better at managing money, and having discipline, for God to give us wisdom with Rod’s business. He is in sales, and it always fluctuates. Prayer that we can be in agreement. Thank you so much.!!

Please pray for Brad and Kristian Westom who are MAF missionaries and sent the following update and prayer requests:

• We have had list of visitors. Last week a pilot from the West Side of Congo was here for a week for training. Congo’s presidential election is Dec 20. We actually had the Congo President here in Bunia this last week.  We have had a couple other contenders and everything has been peaceful so far.

• The chief of our old village of Nyankunde died suddenly last week. We are sending an MAF delegation for the funeral. Many tribes will be there. Everyone is talking about peace. Please pray for peace and that this will be a wake-up call to the Congolese that peace is possible in this region.

• Next week our MAF president, David Holsten will visit our program here in Bunia. Pray for safety and good energy for David to visit with our national and expat staff.
