I’ve moved to Portland, OR to study TESOL at Multnomah University. My goal is to go overseas into missions, after this 2-year program. I don’t feel a deep sense of calling, purpose or direction, in fact, I feel uncertain about my direction. Please pray that God will clarity and confirm my direction. Also, pray for me, that during this season I will meet my wife and get married. I’m 38, and because of my atypical personality and other factors it’s been hard to find a girlfriend.

Church your continued precious prayers for John K to get right with the Lord a surrender. That it be God willing we speak again. Christa and family salvation and total healing for Brendon L healing from leukemia and going through chemo. Please use their names. Thank you all for praying faithfully.

Please pray for Divorce Care starting on September 18. We ask that you pray for more people become aware and have the courage to join the group to receive healing, hope and the love of Jesus. Divorce happens even to Christians and there is much pain and shame with it. We ask for Calvary's support and involvement by helping to get the word out to our community.

Please pray for a beautiful family who lost the father due to a terrible suicide incident in my neighborhood. Pray for the wife and their young 8 year old son left behind.

Lift up a little girl with stage 4 brain cancer that is not responding to treatment. She is 3 years old and beautiful with a bright smile.  She is undergoing 8 months of intense treatment. Pray for her parents and grandparents and everyone who knows and loves this little beauty.

Please pray for the families and friends of those lost on this day in 2001.  Remember all those who lost their lives on this tragic day and for our country to continue to unite rather than divide.  Never had I witnessed our country come together like I did after September 11.  We need unity once again in the Name of God!  One Nation, Under God!!
