Prayer

Daily Prayer Requests

  • Please pray for my sister that she will be free from anxiety and depression. I pray for her for patience while raising her son, for her husband to know Jesus, and a career that she loves.

  • Please pray for my husband that this school year of rotations will go so well for him. Please pray for God to open doors and guide my husband in his career to God’s will.

  • On Tuesday, I go in for an ultrasound (and meet with Dr immediately after test) to see what could be causing irregular bleeding (according to bloodwork, I should be in menopause. So this bleeding is considered abnormal). Praying for peace (me and my family), wisdom (husband and I, and medical staff), Lord willing that it’s something simple that can be taken care of easily. Thank you.

  • I pray for discernment and God’s direction in my career.

  • Please pray that we sell our car before we move and the new owners will love it!

  • Please pray for our missionaries to Tepic, Mexico, Saul and Angelica Alvarez who sent the following updates and prayer requests:

    • Provision for the medical bills for my wife’s surgery, as we don’t have health insurance.

    • Pray for Emma and her daughter Victoria.

    • Pray for Yolanda and her son. She is having some issues with his behavior.

    • Keep praying for Guadalupe and her grandson Darían. They have been attending church for the last 5 weeks.

    • Pray for Vero and her family. They have not attended church lately.

    • Pray for Juan. He had cancer a few years ago and the last week he went to the doctor for a checkup and the doctor ordered some tests and something came up abnormal and he is worried.  He and his wife Rosa attend church with us.

    • Pray for Elza and her son Guillermo. He does not treat his mom with respect.

    • Keep praying for Fermín and his family.

    • Pray for Pedro's mom. She is going to Guadalajara to the hospital for a checkup for her heart.

    • Pray for Gabriel's wife. She felt about 10 days ago and hit her head and was taken to the hospital. She is in recovery now in her house.

    • Keep all the members of the church in your prayers and also the new people that visit us.

    • Please keep my wife, my kids, and me in your prayers to be a good witness to the congregation.
