Prayer

Daily Prayer Requests

  • Please pray for God to open a new door and guide my family into cheaper housing. And a contented heart if we are to remain where we currently live. And please pray thanksgiving as He has blessed me with a second job to help with the budget. And for Him to continue to give me an able mind and body to take care of my family in this difficult season. Always thankful and want to acknowledge His unfailing love and faithfulness toward us. Thank you.

  • Justin had a follow up MRI for his liver. Last year an MRI showed a spot on his liver. Most patients would be considered as having a benign liver tissue growth but Justin is a kidney cancer survivor so they are keeping an eye on him. Justin did not tell us he was having the MRI today nor have we heard from him today at all. His mom had received an email that alerted her to Justin having the MRI.  Also, we know Derick would tend to be concerned and worry about his son which isn't good for Derick as a survivor so please pray God would minister to them both of them right now and I like to believe for both my boys, for God to  heal  them and to save Justin's mom too.

  • Please pray for my dad Jimmy. He is in the hospital with severe back/nerve pain and we are running out of treatment options.

  • Please pray for friendship being restored. There was a big misunderstanding and both are hurt. Please pray for God peace, forgiveness, grace and compassion.

  • Please pray for our missionary to Romania, Natalie Bridges who sent the following updates and prayer requests:

    • We are having a Spring craft day at church next month.  Please pray for this outreach event and that many ladies will come.

    • Please keep the kids in the after-school program in your prayers.  That they will personally experience the love of Jesus and give him their whole heart.  That me and the workers will have wisdom to navigate all the challenges that the teen years bring.  And that the kids will continue to enjoy studying God’s word.

    • Please keep praying for Tavi and Bogdan, their motivation to do well in school is at an all-time low. Bogdan has to pass his baccalaureate in order to graduate and he didn’t do well on his simulation tests.

    • Visi was not at church last Sunday.  Please keep him in your prayers.
