DAILY PRAYER REQUESTS

“Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer.”  Psalm 19:14.

God is so gracious. He listens to us when we're at our worst. We can rant and ramble when we're, sad, frustrated and just plain mad at the world. He's always there, always understanding. However, because we know the "joy of the Lord is our strength," it is so much better to deliberately change our mind and focus on thanking Him for His blessings, magnifying His good nature, and reflecting on His love.

Prayer Requests

  • Please pray for Trace and Sheri and their family who all live in Burley and who have been plagued with suicide. Their only son Ty recently took his own life. He was 27 and left behind a fiancée and an unborn son due in February.  Trace’s 25-year-old nephew also committed suicide one month ago. This family also lost a 20-year-old nephew to suicide four years ago.  They are all heart-broken. Pray that they will find hope in Jesus.

  • Continue to pray for God to give Pastor Rhett and his family  wisdom on finding a suitable vehicle that can fit their family of five.  Pray for God’s provision.

  • Please pray for Katy to be delivered from heroin and drugs.

The following are anonymous requests:

  • Please pray for my brother who will see the parole board soon.

  • Pray for my sister and mother who are having relationship issues. Pray for my sister to seek the Lord and learn to love herself the way Jesus loves her.

  • Pray for my dad and also for AJ who is battling cancer.

  • Pray for all those struggling with addictions. An anonymous person asks that we pray for continued success in the battle and also that we pray for his or her friends and family.

Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us, and if we know that He hears us, we know we have the petitions that we have asked of Him. - I John 5:14-15
