Prayer

Daily Prayer Requests

  • Please pray for a woman who had an allergic reaction to her malaria medicine on the way to a mission trip in Kenya and is in the hospital after going into anaphylaxic shock. She is now out of ICU and in a normal hospital room, but has no sight. Please pray for her to be given her own hospital room, to continue to receive great care, for her vision to be restored, and for complete and quick healing. She is supposed to come back on August 4, but the doctor doesn’t want her to leave early because he doesn’t want her to travel alone.

  • Please pray for Mr A and his wife, both dear Christians who are beacons of the love of Christ in their workplace and who are both facing health challenges. For recovery, grace, to the glory of God. Thank you prayer team!

  • Pray for my friend’s brother Greg. Just found out he has brain cancer. Also pray for comfort and a peace for their family too.

  • Please pray for sleep training for my son to go more smoothly. Taking much too long and they just put up the apartments in my building for rent. My son cries a lot and is loud and would just rather be up at night. I need sleep.

  • Please pray for our missionary in Romania, Natalie Bridges who sent the following update and prayer requests:
    • We had a wonderful time at the mission retreat and I have enjoyed connecting with so many awesome people while I’ve been in Boise! Thank you all for your faithful prayers!  I will be flying back to Texas on Monday and then driving with my parents to visit my brother in Colorado.  Sure appreciate your prayers for traveling mercies.  Also, my brother and his wife and son are not believers, please pray for the Holy Spirit to soften their hearts and direct our conversations.  Also, I discovered they live less than 20 minutes from the Calvary Chapel Aurora church.   It would be awesome if they would decide to visit the church.

    • Visi finally made it back to Romania, please pray for him to find work and for his salvation.

    • Lidia Blaga broke her foot badly and needs prayer for healing.  She will be out of work for awhile.

    • My colleagues at the Placement Center are continuing their work with the Ukrainian refugees.  Please keep these families in prayer as many of them are separated from their husbands and have nothing to go home to.  Praise the Lord, I heard they found a new place to rent so we can continue therapy for the children with special needs in the community. This is a huge answer to prayer…thank you for praying for us.
