Daily Prayer Requests
- Praises! The Lord provided funding for my husband to be a leader at Young Life camp this summer. Prayer: Salvation for my family Steve(dad), Susan (mom), Jeremy (brother), Ivy (sister in law). Prayer for the Lord to sustain and provide for us and for us to not be anxious about money.
- I met a young man who is in juvenile detention. He stated he has been baptized and fallen away but wants to begin to walk with Jesus again. He had many questions and I did my best to answer them. His name is Adrian, please pray that the Lord would meet him right where he is and make Himself known to him.
- Father, please soften my great grandmother’s heart that she will allow us to see him (our grandson) more than once a year. We miss him so. Please send the Holy Spirit down on my grandson- bring him back to Jesus.
- Pray for those travelling to the Congo to serve several families in need. Pray for the O’Brien’s, the Harders, the Mailes, and all who are travelling and that they would receive travel mercies and the Lord’s blessings.
- Please pray for our missionaries to Sierra Leon, Alpha and Doris Bangura who sent the following updates and prayer requests:
- Pray for us, that God will continue to guide and direct the operations of Mercy Home Sierra Leone.
- Pray for us, that the good Lord will continue to use Calvary Chapel to develop and expand the operations of Mercy Home Sierra Leone.
- As we have started getting rains, and sometimes sicknesses and diseases show up, pray for us that none of the children will fall sick.
- I am very grateful for what God is doing for us through Calvary Chapel, but pray for us that God by the power of the Holy spirit upload the vision of Mercy Home into the hearts and minds of the leaders and members of Calvary Chapel Boise.
- Formerly Calvary Chapel was helping widows and their children that are not members in Mercy Home. But for six years now it is no longer happening. It is part of the VISION of MERCY HOME SIERRA LEONE.
- Kindly pray that the good Lord Jesus Christ will inspire and direct and lead the authority of Calvary Chapel to consider that initiative. By so doing, we will be able to help other children who are vulnerable as well.
- In June 2023, Sierra Leone will be having parliamentary, local council and presidential elections. Please pray that peace will prevail over the elections and after the elections period. We don't want any bloodshed.
