HE IS RISEN!!!!

Thank You Jesus for dying on the cross for our sins. Thank You for giving Your life for us before we were even born.  Your love for us knows no bounds.  Your love for us is immeasurable.  Without You we are nothing.  Praise to You on High!!

I am very sick. A friend is going to watch my 15-month-old while I head to the ER. Please pray for wisdom for the doctors. Also, pray that the baby doesn’t get it. Also, pray for adequate rest. I am a single mom and taking care of him by myself is hard

Can you please pray for my neighbor; he is struggling with some demons and schizophrenia and has a lot of episodes. Please pray for Gods intervention and salvation for him as well and to calm his fears and remove and forever block the demons that surround him. 

Please pray for a 7 year old girl, Luna, who is undergoing treatment for Leukemia. Pray for her strength and pray for her parents and family.  She is being treated at St. Jude.  Thank you for praying for her. 

Pray for my neighbor who will be undergoing surgery to have a pacemaker implanted. Pray for a swift recovery.  It is an outpatient surgery. 

Please pray for our missionaries to Slovenia, Ales and Whitney Lajar who sent the following updates and prayer requests:

• Aleš, Whitney, and the potential investor have met with the landlady to discuss the future of our usage and possible ownership of the building, which we have been renting from her for the past 13 years. Above all, we desire God’s plans to come to pass, whatever the LORD wills, yet, at the same time, we strongly believe God desires for us to have this building as our “inheritance, so we can continue using it, fully invest into it, and create a worship/equipping center for believers in Slovenia. Please pray that God opens doors that only He can open, and closes doors that only He can close. May the will of the LORD be done. 

• Aleš' grandpa just went to the hospital in Austria with a severe case of pneumonia, which can potentially be deadly. He has a really hard time breathing and we don't know how long he will have. Please pray that doctors will have wisdom on how to treat his 92 year old body, and for us to see him again. Most importantly pray for his salvation, as he is continually rejecting God due to past hurts. 

• Please pray as about 40 women will gather at our church building from four different churches in our region to celebrate together an Easter morning brunch this Saturday with worship, teaching, prayer, and fellowship. Pray for God's Spirit to move among them in unity and build stronger cross denominational bonds of friendships. Whitney will be sharing about our upcoming missions trip to the orphanage in Ethiopia, and how the women can participate, as well as co-lead worship, help with hospitality, and prepare a sketch to help women understand inner healing that Christ provides for their souls.  

• Please pray for a new family that has recently started coming regularly with two kids, as they are considering joining our church family membership, that God would clearly lead them and give them the confirmation they need, to make the commitment.   

• Please pray for our Easter service, that it would reach our church members' families and friends, as they come to hear the message of hope this coming Sunday.
