Daily Prayer Requests
- Please pray for the Hernandez family and the church in Oaxaca, Mexico as they prepare to receive the group from our High School Youth Group who will be heading down for a mission trip. Pray for the hearts of the community to be open to the Gospel, and that many children would give their hearts to Christ during the Vacation Bible School the team will put on.
- Pray for healing for my wife’s elbow and that she would regain full mobility of the joint. She fell while we were in the States for my brother’s wedding, and is on the road to recovery. We are thankful it didn’t require surgery, and that her mom was able to travel back with us to help during my wife’s healing.
- Pray for my husband, I think he’s getting discouraged. The owner of the business gets fearful and doesn’t let it grow. My husband puts lots of work and effort into it, then the owner ends up taking it backwards. Pray that God would give the owner a spirit of power, love, and a sound mind.
- Please pray for my husband's health, for God to heal him and work in his life.
- Please pray for healing for a chronic condition that has been ongoing with my bottom lip where it has been feeling swollen, irritated, and consistently dried out to where it does not hold/produce any moisture. The treatment prescribed treats the symptoms but it doesn’t result in healing. I have prayed heavily and tried to be strong and faithful but when the healing doesn’t happen I feel anxious and scared and weary. Please pray for healing, peace and strength.
- Please pray for our missionaries to Romania, Brian and Cynthia Fouts who sent the following updates and prayer requests:
- We are expecting a former intern in July to visit with her new baby for a month. Pray for their travel and time here visiting.
- Pray for a pastor friend of mine here in Romania as both he and his wife have been struggling with various serious health issues. There are a few different pastors that I know here who are all suffering from different health problems, so prayers appreciated for the Calvary pastors in Romania. Also pray for another pastor friend of mine in the states who is struggling with ongoing serious health issues.
- Pray for the logistics for a virtual conference we are working on this month for the Calvary Chapels in Romania, that it will be a blessing to the people.
- Pray that the Lord would reveal Himself to a woman who came to church with a friend. She was pretty upfront about not liking church at all, because of abuse she suffered while being in placement with a priest.
- Pray that the Lord will move in the hearts of our youth group and empower them with the Holy Spirit to be lights for His kingdom.
