Prayer

Daily Prayer Requests

  • Pray for provision for us. Money has been tight lately, but we trust that God gives us all we need. My in laws have also been struggling with work since the beginning of the Pandemic, pray God would provide work for them.

  • Please pray for my husband’s neck. He’s in a lot of pain and can’t move it.

  • Please pray for my husband. He had been dealing with mental health issues for a few years and told me last night that his anxiety and panic attacks have been getting worse.  He does not know what is wrong or how to fix it.  He does not have any close, supportive relationships apart from me.  He has a large aversion to taking any type of medication.  I am struggling with compassion & empathy.  I am struggling with how I can be supportive and what I am supposed to do. God knows what I should do and what the future holds.  Pray for His revelation and His love to fill my head and heart.

  • Pray for my grandsons’ right knee. It’s not getting straightened through going back to physical therapy, please pray for it to become normal again. Please also for him to finish strong at school and be organized.

  • Please pray for our missionary to Romania, Natalie Bridges who sent the following updates and prayer requests:

    • I am happy to report that 5 of the kids from the after-school program came to church on Sunday! They all had a great time, including one who was too old for Sunday School and stayed with the adults.  He told me he actually paid attention and listened to the sermon.  Thank you for praying for them!

    • I went to the doctor today about my hives as they have not gone away after 2 weeks of trying 3 different antihistamine medicines. I am scheduled for an allergy test next week, but have to stop taking antihistamines until then. Would appreciate your prayers to figure out what I am suddenly allergic to and to survive the week without antihistamines (the hives are currently pretty severe) and for God to be glorified through this adventure.

    • Please continue to pray for one of the orphans who used to be in our family center. She is a grown woman now and is married and living in the States, but she is very angry about some traumatic experiences she and other children had in their younger years.  She desperately needs deliverance and healing.

    • I believe God wants me to wait until next summer to come back to the States for a visit, so I am focusing on summer activities with the kids and appreciate your prayers that.
