Marlon and Becca Brown, our missionaries in Vancouver, Canada, ask us to pray that they have wisdom in deciding about schooling for their kids in the fall. So much is unsure still, and they are asking the Lord to prepare them for whatever the fall holds.

Please pray for our two-year-old son, Eli, who is scheduled to have surgery the week before Thanksgiving on his scrotum area to allow fluid in and out. This is a common thing and can heal itself in some cases. However, by two years old surgery is highly recommended because of increasing risks of a hernia and an emergency surgery. I understand the importance of the surgery but I don’t want to put this little person through such an ordeal with anesthesia, covid testing and quarantine, and all the healing. Please pray that God will heal Eli before he needs surgery. I’m asking that Eli be showered with prayer, that the Lord heal his body. That the open tube in his scrotum close on its own as it should, that the fluid absorb in his body as it should. Also please pray for him for protection from the terrors of such an invasive surgery at such a young age. Pray also for me, a new Christian, as his mom.

Please pray for my dad who continues to be in critical condition with COVID. We need a miraculous healing. Thankfully, he knows and loves the Lord, so we aren’t worried about his eternity. We would like more time with him here.

Please pray for my son Jack. He is 15 and extremely misbehaved and disrespectful and shouts and yells at me. He also has a twin that he bullies and is mean to. It’s so hard I don’t know what to do. My husband travels and so I am here by myself much of time. Pray that he gets saved.

Pray for Brian and Cynthia Fouts, our missionaries in Bistrita, Romania, as they minister to their church family and juggle family responsibilities. They aren’t sure what fall will hold for schooling for the kids, and are ministering to their church family in-person and online.

Pray for my husband’s job situation. He has an opportunity that has great potential, and the timing seems perfect. We only want to be in God’s will. Please pray for discernment.
