DAILY PRAYER REQUESTS

“But I will give myself to prayer.”  Psalm 109:4.

“She did not depart from the temple, but served God with fastings and prayers night and day.”  Luke 2:37.

Praise God! He is always available to us. We are forever welcome in His heavenly throne room. No matter where our busy lives take us, our God is with us. That means, we, like prophets and psalmists of old, can perpetually find our way into His presence. Stuck in traffic? Use the time to pray. Picked the most frustrating checkout line? Take a moment to connect with your Savior. Prayer is not limited to a particular time, place or position. It is our privilege to "give ourselves" to prayer night and day.

Prayer Requests

  • Please pray for Mary and her family as they grieve the loss of her dad.  Please pray for Glenda who was just diagnosed with cancer.

  • Please pray for Delores, one of our Hospitality Volunteers, who is having spinal surgery December 5. Please pray for God to guide her surgeon’s hands, for recovery to be routine and that she will have peace about the financial burden this is causing her. Pray that she will be able to return to work next year.

  • Pray for Brad’s work to flourish.

  • Pray that Rob will find a job locally.

The following are anonymous requests

  • I want to be more disciplined and have self-control. Pray that God will help me with those goals.

  • We just got test results for our youngest with autism.  Pray for direction.

  • Pray for the Women's Christmas Dessert tonight. Ask that all that takes place will glorify God and lead many into a deeper relationship with Jesus. Pray, also, that the healing prayer circle for Addie Abernathy at 5:30 prior to the dessert will be well attended
