I thought Seth was appointed as our new Worship Pastor, but online it looks like he is listed as a "ministry leader." Why was Noah a pastor but Seth is not?

Can we reinstall the full drum shield? In previous Q&A sound tech said he struggles to balance instruments with drums and that is why worship is so loud.
Why are Slido questions deleted each week? Why not leave them up longer, allowing for more opportunity to upvote w/o having to re-write & re-vote every week?
I often have trouble getting in touch with pastors or employees at the church and have had to call for weeks to get any help. Is anything being done to address this issue?
