Prayer

DAILY PRAYER RQUEST

  • Please pray for Mary Jo who was hospitalized over the holidays with bleeding ulcers. She is in need of three separate surgeries to repair intestinal and colon problems and must be healthy enough to proceed. Please pray that she will find a way to gain weight.

  • Please pray for Sally who has thyroid cancer. She will have her second pre-op appointment soon. Her surgery has been approved so far. Pray that there will be no obstacles to the procedure and this it is successful. She is a believer but does not attend church. Pray that this will draw her into fellowship and further her Christian growth.

  • Agnaldo asks that we pray for the Hasegawa family: Agilma, Marcia, Mauro, Luis and Luisa. Pray for God’s perfect will for all of them, an outpouring of the Holy Spirit on their lives and that they will all draw closer to Jesus.

  • Please pray for Atianna to succeed at her new job. It is an answer to her long-time prayers to provide a better opportunity for her and her family. Ask that God will guide and protect her and empower her to do a good job.

  • Please pray for Cheri. On January 16, Her son Derick is scheduled to have brain surgery to address a fast-growing and life-threatening tumor. It will take place in San Francisco. (It may happen a day earlier if all needed personnel are willing to work a holiday.) Derick is to arrive in San Francisco next Thursday January 11. Cheri would very much like to accompany her boy. She has a ride to the Bay Area but needs a ticket home and also a place to stay while she is there. A bout of West Nile virus has left her immune system seriously compromised so sleeping on a cot in the hospital is not advisable. She is praising God that the surgery has been scheduled but is now praying for financial provision so Derick can get there and also so she and her grandson Justin can go to San Francisco to be there for Derick. Pray too that Derick will come for prayer and anointing prior to his surgery.
