  • My daughter got called back for a second interview for the job she wants and she felt it went really well! Please pray that will call and offer her the position.

  • I am feeling anxious. Not sure why, but I feel like at any moment the proverbial “other shoe” is about to drop. Please pray for peace in my heart and my mind. Pray for peace within my family and throughout the day. Thanks.

  • Please pray for our missionaries to Slovenia, Ales and Whitney Lajlar who sent the following update and requests:
    • Please pray for the new ministry we were able to establish over the last couple of weeks, which was a logical “next step” towards a public open for the Living Faith Cafe. We have been given an opportunity to work with a non-profit organization called the Slovene Food Bank which is working across the nation by partnering with stores across Slovenia, providing resources for humanitarian organizations, enabling them to help those in need. We are blessed to be one of those organizations, and have been able to provide food for those in our church who are in need. We believe this is the logical “next step” in opening the Living Faith Cafe, as it provides us the context for making the kind of impact we are interested in making in our city, getting us one step closer to being “city impacting church”. We are blessed to see those in need in our church family cared for. We are also blessed to see those who are financially secure taking advantage of this opportunity to reach out to their friends, neighbors, and co-workers who are in need, thus providing them a practical taste of the love of God. Please pray for all the believers involved in this ministry, that they would continue to take advantage of this God-given opportunity to impact their spheres of influence for the Kingdom’s sake. We have already had the opportunity to share with six homeless, multiple immigrants, and tons of families.
