Please pray for our missionary to Romania, Natalie Bridges who sent the following updates and prayer requests:

• Orphanage: 

  Thank you for praying for Natasha’s teeth.  Although she hasn’t been scheduled to see the dentist yet, she is not chewing on her fingers or acting like she is in pain as before.  Praise the Lord!  Please continue to pray that her teeth will be fixed soon. 

  I visited the adult facility again this week and Cristina was allowed out of her bed and was so happy to be with the other “children”.  She is doing much better and the director who is there every day is in agreement that she should be allowed out of her bed!  That’s a huge answer to prayer!  Thank you for praying for her and this situation! 

• Although my friend Evelien and her colleague from Holland had a productive time last week, it wasn’t without some trying and challenging moments. But, I am so grateful that the Lord used those challenges to reveal himself to these ladies.  I was able to pray several times about the various situations and the Lord answered every prayer.  They both kept bringing it up throughout their visit in amazement how God had answered our prayers. After one difficult interaction with one of the workers, I was able to share scripture with them and Evelien thanked me and told me it gave her great peace. They are planning to come again in the fall with several other colleagues to help the children and do some training with us and I am so grateful.  It’s another answer to prayer!  Please pray that the Lord will continue to draw Evelien and Alice to himself. • Please pray that I will have wisdom in how best to help the children and continued favor with the workers and open hearts to hear the gospel and how much God loves them.

• The Lord continues to give me opportunities to speak with Alina (one of the orphanage workers) one on one and today I was able to share stories of how God has worked in my life and answered prayers in miraculous ways.  She told me she believes God can do miracles. Please pray for her and Cristina’s salvation. 

• Please continue to pray for access to the new children’s play place that is being built near the girls’ orphanage house. It would be so wonderful for our children to have a place to go this summer, especially if the owner is generous and allows the children to come for free.
