Please pray for my friend who is responsible for the care of her husband and her mother. Her husband has major back problems and he can’t work. She also works night shifts through 2:00 pm so she needs rest to be able to care for her family when she gets home from her job.

Thank you in advance for praying for our daughter, son-in-law and their 6 kids who live in Florida. Three has been a major shift in their faith journey – not for the better. Our son in law has been solely in the Old Testament for several years and we pray that he would turn back to Jesus and the work done on the Cross.  He has adopted a spirit of authority as the way to God in his family, including a firm belief in polygamy being “God’s good will” and that women have no rights.  Please pray!

Please pray for peace to get through Spring Semester to do well in classes with bible study, my relationships and overall contentment and peace in community.

Prayer for my husband who is finally meeting with the man who is supposed to be mentor/discipling him. Praise! Pray for their meeting that my husband would be honest and open and receive the guidance.  Pray for the man to be sensitive to the Holy Spirit as they talk.

Please pray for our missionaries to the Middle East, H & M who sent the following updates and requests:

• There are many needs right now for our brothers and sisters in the middle east.  Most face persecution and imprisonment.  The financial burden that many believers face is also much greater than we can imagine.  Even so, the church continues to grow at an incredible rate and we want to support the church leaders the best we can.  We will visit them in February and then will go back to Turkey and Cyprus in March to visit more believers.  Thank you all for praying!
