Prayer

Daily Prayer Requests

  • Please pray for a young girl who suffered some 3rd degree burns has been admitted to the burn unit in a hospital in Salt Lake for the next few months. Please pray for her and pray for her family, especially her mom and dad. Please pray for healing, and for God to minimize her pain and for all surgeries and skin grafts necessary to go well.  Pray for a speedy recovery.
  • Pray for healing for Julie’s arm and her foot. God knows all the details of her ailments.  Pray for full and swift healing without surgery.

  • Please lift up a mom needing wisdom and discernment as to where to register her pre-school daughter for school next Fall.

  • We need to pray for Turkey.

  • Pray without ceasing brothers and sisters! God hears our prayers!!!

  • Please pray for our missionary to Romania, Natalie Bridges who sent the following updates and prayer requests:

    • Thank you for praying for my mom.  She is recovering slowly, but surely.   She had more tests done, but can’t find the source of her new pain.  It could just be her nerves recovering.  Please continue to pray for her recovery and for her nerves to heal.

    • Please also pray for Sanda, the sister of one of the ladies in our church (Adina).  She has cancer and is having a difficult time with the chemotherapy.  The sisters’ mom passed away last year and now Sanda is fighting cancer, so it’s been a really hard time for them both.

    • Please pray for the possible team from Calvary Boise coming this summer to help with our English Camp.

    • Thank you for your continued prayers for the orphans.  We are having a great time with the international students and all the workers have been extremely accommodating and kind during their visit.  All the children received extra attention this week and I will get to take the boys to a play area the next two days…for free!  The owner of the play area wants to bless the orphans and I know it is really the Lord working through him and your prayers.

    • I have been able to share my testimony with several of the students and ask for your continued prayers for opportunities to share the gospel with the students.

    • The kids at the after-school program have really enjoyed the students and we hope to go ice-skating with them on Friday.  Please keep praying for Tavi and Bogdan to submit to Christ and begin to enjoy all that God has prepared for them instead of chasing the worldly desires.

    • Please continue to pray for my English class…that I will have anointed, creative lessons and connections with the kids.

    • Please continue to pray for Ildiko’s basement issues. There is still no change, but at least it hasn’t gotten worse.
