Please pray for my dad who has recently come down with Covid, and for our plans to visit him back East as soon as he feels up to it.

My mom is doing exceptionally well after her back surgery last week. She was able to drive for the first time today since last week’s procedure and have had no pain at all. The Lord is so good to us!!! The current need is for her to still be very careful to follow the post-op. directions, and the main thing I am asking God is to save her.

Please pray for my husband Ray. He was recently put on new meds for his heart condition and is experiencing some bad side effects.  

Please pray for wisdom for his doctors to know what should be done.  Thank you so much.

Please pray for our missionaries to Romania, Chris and Faith Anderson who sent the following updates and requests:

• Lots of projects going on at our house and the café - just prayer we can get them all finished in a timely manner.

• Preparing for a fall festival in Doi Mai for the English club kids and hope to have an impact on their families as well. We have a new missionary family here about 40 minutes away and has agreed to help us. We will have it for two days on October 26 and 27 as the kids have a vacation from school during this time.

• Pray we will be able to share the gospel to the families during these days and to the kids. But also pray for a softening of the parents’ hearts to allow the kids to continue to come.

• Pray for a young girl Maya in the youth group for true salvation as she just keeps teetering back and forth. 

• Pray as Chris meets each week with the 4 older young men to disciple them. Pray for our son Levi to find a job.

• The young man we asked prayer for last week has decided to leave the church, he will continue in the group with the 4 older young men and he will continue to come to the youth group so we just keep praying for his heart. It’s a long story but his feelings were hurt pretty bad by someone in the church and hopefully the Lord will use this in his life to really grow him. It was not an intentional hurt
