Prayer

Daily Prayer Requests

  • Prayers of protection and mercy for my son. His court date is coming up on October 11.  Pray that his daughters hearts are softened and healing.  Praise God that He is a faithful Father.

  • Praise – Thank You Heavenly Father for all You have given me. Please help me to pay it forward and bring hearts closer to Your love.  God is good and He loves us all; we just have to meet Him half way!

  • Please pray that my roommate’s heart it softened to the things of God and that I would have the courage to share with her my faith in a more active way.

  • Pray for the softening of my children’s hearts so they will come to know Jesus. Thank you!

  • Please pray for our missionary to Romania, Natalie Bridges who sent the following updates and prayer requests:

    • Please keep all of the after-school kids in prayer as this year they have a lot of changes and tougher classes this year. The older boys (Tavi and Bogdan) are still struggling and Tavi continues to talk of giving up.  He is so used to being his own boss that he detests being told what to do and he’s been less interested in spiritual things.  We really need the Lord to do a work in his heart.  Please continue to pray for Carmen as the bulk of the help they are receiving is from her and it’s very challenging.  Please keep praying for Sebi, he is 13 years old and a great kid, but he is struggling with peer pressure and has been greatly influenced recently by a classmate.  Her influence has caused him to get into trouble at school and to start smoking.

    • Please keep Ildiko and her basement issue in your prayers. It got even worse this past week.  The neighbor called emergency services to complain that her washing machine was hindering the pathway to his section of the basement.  The police gave him a fine for calling emergency services and they sympathized with Ildiko, but they can’t do anything about the decision that has been made.  She had to move as much as she could to one side of the room and had to get rid of the sink/dishwasher on the other side to pacify her neighbor.  (Imagine having to go upstairs to use the water when you’re trying to bake and cook). We prayed together and I encouraged her with scripture.  We know that God is in control.
