My 85 year old mom Marie, is having knee surgery on Sept 12th, please pray it goes really well and for smooth healing. Also, please pray for me as I go to take care of her for 10 days as she begins to recover.

The enemy is attacking my marriage making my wife bitter resentful and unforgiving and blaming God instead of praising and praying-please pray. Thank you.

We are so grateful for how God has been with Derick and helped him through his surgery. He is healing well and hasn't had any seizures since before the Aug 18 surgery. There doesn't seem to be any long term effects from Covid. He is slow to gain energy but almost everyday has a little bit more strength through life's daily activities and stresses. Derick will start chemo tomorrow and the plan is for him to be on chemo for 6 months because unfortunately, the tumor removed from surgery was a stage 4 cancer. Thankfully, the surgery was a success, the neurosurgeon removed all of the tumor, however, the chemo is an attempt to sweep up any unhealthy cells that may be remaining. Please pray wisdom from above for the doctors, that Derick can tolerate the chemo well, that he isn't too nauseous, sick or weak and that his platelets and other blood cells do not tank as they did last time he was on chemo. Also, this chemo will be new to Derick so we do not know how he will react.
