Prayer

Daily Prayer Requests

  • My uncle is in Kaiser hospital in Portland after experiencing a stroke and heart attack on Monday.  He also has lung cancer and completed chemo and radiation treatments quite recently.  Ten years ago he had open heart surgery and there are complications making it so lung surgery is not possible.  Right now the doctors are reporting that he needs a miracle in his lungs in order for his body to fight to be able to bring him back to health.  We know God is able so we're asking for prayers not only for his lungs but also for his salvation, as he's not professed a commitment , we only know he believes in God and is open to prayer.  Thank you for joining us in prayer!

  • Please pray for my son's new home daycare on Monday. That the transition will be very smooth. That he can be a blessing. Also, pray for his behavioral problems that are happening as soon as we get home at night.

  • My wife and I are suffering severe spiritual attacks resulting in anger, depression, numerous physical ailments, and doubting our faith-please please pray for God’s healing, grace, restoration and mercy. Thank you-God bless.

  • Please pray for our missionaries to Romania, Chris and Faith Anderson who sent the following updates and requests:

    • All of our meetings and speaking at the churches have gone really well. It was hard to tell Faith’s family bye on Tuesday night. We will be packing all day on Wednesday and then begin all of our travels again.

    • We will be in Washington DC from the 11-15. After that we will drive to Ohio where we will visit University of Findlay for Chloe to look at, then we will make our way to Kentucky for a couple days. Then the rest of the time will be making our way back across to Denver, Colorado where we will fly out on September 6.  We have a couple more meetings with people during our drive so we do not have to go straight there.

    • We cannot thank everyone enough for the love and encouragement they have poured out over us during our time here. We are very ready to get back to Romania but at the same time very hard to say our goodbyes when we have no idea when we will get a chance to visit again.

    • Please pray for Chloe as she has a big decision to make about university. She will be going into her senior year and starting college in America next fall. God has put a call on her life but she needs training in what she will be doing with therapy using horses and while she would prefer to stay in Romania she doesn’t have any options for the training she needs there.

    • Please continue to pray for the refugees that were in our house. The two ladies that are in Bucharest wrote me and they are having a hard time and ready to go home. The mom and the now 4 year old little girl are still in Ukraine with her husband, and their city is being bombed 10-20 times a day. Pray for their salvation as they did hear the Gospel message and pray for their safety.

    • We pray for those in Romania as well that the Lord would just begin to do a mighty work in the lives of the youth there and in their parents.
