VERY URGENT unspoken request; God knows, please please pray!

My wife is experiencing terrible daily headaches; she is in extreme pain and meds don’t work. Please pray for God’s healing and that He will show us the cause.

I work at a Long-Term Care facility. We have been experiencing staffing shortages through the pandemic and I have been praying for God to send His people. I personally (I am in Activity Department) will be losing my 4th boss in 5 years and we also have been seeking a part-time activity person for 6 months. People being out with COVID, and all the precautions involved not helping. Just lift us all up. My prayer personally is just that I could rest in Him, His timing. The previous times I lost bosses, I had to do so much (fly solo) until they filled the position. It is hard/stressful, and it is the residents that lose when there are staffing shortages.
