Prayer

Daily Prayer Requests

  • I'd like prayer for my cousin who can't have kids that the Lord would allow her to have kids.

  • Please pray that God would heal my back.

  • I have been charged with a crime I didn’t commit. I was arrested and I am currently paying several thousands of dollars out of my own pocket to pay for a defense attorney. These false allegations even got me fired at my last job. And I’m now out of money. Please pray that when I go to trial soon, God will put it in the jury’s heart to see the invalid charges and have a verdict of not guilty. I can’t explain how badly this had impacted me and my family when I didn’t commit the crimes I am charged with!

  • Please pray for me that I could paint everyday again and that all the barriers that stop me would be cleared away.

  • Please pray for a friend for our kids. We are new to Boise and it’s been really hard and lonely, especially for our kids.

  • Pray for my son, daughter in law and granddaughter as they are struggling with the sin of addiction and choices of my daughter in law. Pray they are able to commit to attending a local fellowship, healing for their marriage and healing for her alcohol addiction. Pray for protection of my granddaughter and wisdom for my son. Pray they fall completely in love with Jesus.

  • Please pray for our missionary to Romania, Natalie Bridges who sent the following updates and prayer requests:

    • I finally got approval to work with the kids in the orphanage again as long as I keep getting the free covid tests every 48 hours.  Praise the Lord!  I spent the past two days with the kids and it was wonderful!  The workers were very welcoming and the kids were so happy to see me, as was I to see them. Unfortunately, they will be moving the kids to the new houses soon and the workers are not happy about it as the houses were not constructed with special needs kids in mind and they are in neighboring towns on complete opposite sides of the city, so it will be extremely challenging adjusting to their new environment and commuting to the new locations.  Please pray that God will work out all the details so the children get the best care.

    • I have some sad news, Gilia and Nicolas have left the after-school program.  Please continue to pray for their family and that I will be able to continue seeing them regularly (at church and on Saturdays as much as possible).  Please pray that God will help us chose the children he wants to join the program.  The good news is that the other children are doing well and continue to memorize scripture with a passion.  Today, Sami memorized the whole chapter of Psalm 23.

    • I have an update on Visi…he incurred a serious injury to his hand over the weekend when he was partying at 2 am with a guy with a sword (yes, a sword!).  He will need surgery to repair the damage done to his hand.

    • I talked to Lidia Blaga (the widow of our former associate pastor) this week and she is still healing from her dental surgery.  She will have another procedure in a few months.  Her nephew is a special needs young adult who is having serious health issues relating to his health problems.  Lidia is spending a great deal of time with him and the whole family would appreciate your prayers.  Unless the Lord does a miracle, he will not live much longer.

    • Thank you for praying for my mom (Linda).  She is still waiting to see the cardiologist, but at least her blood pressure is under control.  The mystery continues as to the cause of her sudden heart problems, but she is doing a little better.   Thank you for praying for her.

    • Please pray for Iulian’s marriage.

    • Please pray for logistics and travel mercies for my visit to the States this summer.
