Prayer

Daily Prayer Requests

  • Huge praise report! Hubby got his job transfer & God has provided an amazing home, in a lovely new town. The folks are so welcoming & we found a church! Praise the Lord, such answered prayers! We've been moving for 4 weeks, exhaustion is real! This week is our last push to get all BIG items to new place & lots of moving parts.  Please continue prayers, as we finalize things.  Praying for a smooth transition.

  • My cousin is having some medical issues that the doctors can’t seem to figure out. She already has heart problems and she just got over having COVID pretty bad but now she is getting all these new issues that are neurological that seem to be stumping the doctors. It’s all very scary. Please pray for her and for wisdom for the doctors.

  • Please pray for a man whose marriage is struggling. He asks for prayer for his fear of her walking away, for healing for her, and for restoration in their marriage.

  • Please pray for reconciliation in our family. For humble hearts, wisdom and confirmation of when its time to attempt communication again with people who said they do not want to be contacted.

  • Please pray for our missionaries to Germany, Clark and Ann Peddicord who are currently in Boise and who sent the following updates and prayer requests:Thanks for your continued prayers for us. I had a wrap-up conversation with both the Rheumatologist and the Immunologist/Allergist last week. There are still a couple of “odd” blood test results but for right now, it looks like the only thing remaining between us and booking our flight back to Berlin is the question of Covid booster shots and Flu vaccination. Hopefully that issue will be sorted out in the next 1-2 weeks.

    • Please pray that we’ll be able to get just the right flight at a reasonable price!

    • The father of one of our Alumni from Haus Nazareth and has Covid and is in crisis ICU care on a ventilator in Germany. Today, things have stabilized a bit - but his life is hanging by a thread. He has a fungal and bacterial infection of the lungs as a secondary effect of the Covid. Our friend lived in the Haus for 7 years while studying medicine in Berlin. Today, he is a practicing anesthesiologist - so it is particularly difficult and frustrating for him to see his father in this situation.
