DAILY PRAYER REQUESTS

October 31, 2017

Hear my voice, O God, in my meditation: preserve my life from fear of the enemy.

                                      ---Psalm 64: 1,2.

When things get tough and it seems that  unsurmountable problems surround you, focus on God. The simple act of contemplating His infinite power and wisdom will drown your fears in a flood of faith. No matter the problem, God is bigger. In a sea of confusion He brings order. Meditate on His ability and your own insufficiency will cease to be an issue.  Remember Luke 1:37: Nothing is impossible with God.

Prayer Requests

  • Pray for Antonio and Carmen Hernandez, our missionaries in Oaxaca, Mexico as they share the truth of the Gospel while their town participates in the Day of the Dead celebrations that take place from Tuesday (today) until Thursday this week.

  • Pray for Celeste who is going through chemo for cancer.

  • Pray for Kacy who is struggling with alcohol addiction.

  • Please pray that James gets to know God on a more intimate level and for his salvation.

  • Please pray for Sarah to have strength. She feels very homesick.  Pray that God uses this time to draw her into His arms and give her strength mentally and physical.  Please pray for her to spend time with Him daily and to depend on Him.

Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us, and if we know that He hears us, we know we have the petitions that we have asked of Him. - I John 5:14-15
