My friend has been sick since last week. She hasn’t gotten her COVID test results back yet (she had to get a COVID test because I just tested positive and she was a close contact. Her 84 year old mother is sick and will go get tested tomorrow, her brother just went in the hospital and just tested positive for COVID. Her mom and brother are both fully vaccinated but her brother has some health issues that are probably causing complications.

Please pray for complete healing and protection for my wife who has been feeling unwell and having heart, stomach and throat problems. Also, for her to be able to see the specialist for the best support in these areas. Also, please pray for vein function protection and healing in my wife's legs and especially ankles, which are showing signs of vein leakage. For her to either be able to see the nurse specialist we’re trying to get hold of for advice and support or that the doctor will direct us to the right clinic who can help her.

My sister-in-law’s father is sick with COVID and having a rough go of it. He needs prayers for healing and for his fever to go away. Also, pray for his lungs as he has COPD.

Please pray for our missionaries to Tepic, Mexico, Saul and Angelica Alvarez who sent the following updates and prayer requests:

• Pray for a couple who recently broke up. They were engaged to be married. My wife is in touch with the woman to encourage her through this process.

• Pray for a man, who has not attended to church lately.

• Pray for my parents, they will go to see my sister and her family to Mérida, Yucatán this week.

• Keep a woman and her son in your prayers. They attend church on Thursdays for the bible study. They can't go to church on Sundays because they have to work.

• Pray for the owners of the place that we use as a church. 

• Keep praying for the new building. We hope that next month we will be able to sign the contract to move in. Pray for more support for this mission as we get ready to move into the new building.

• Pray for the brothers that help me at church in the leadership, to work together to keep everything in order.

• Pray for me. I will go next week to a conference in California.
