Daily Prayer Requests
- Please pray for a friend who has walked away from the Lord and is very angry with Him.
- Please pray that I will be able to attend Words of Freedom and get a ride there. Also, that I will be able to have 1 on 1 discipleship and that I would have discernment with the guy I am living with.
- Please pray for our missionaries to Canada, Marlon and Becca Brown who sent the following updates and prayer requests: It’s me Becca!! I have been wanting to write for a while now. But things have been so up and down physically. Thank you so much for your prayers. It has been a tough season for us, but we never feel alone, we are so thankful for the love and support, the prayers are so strengthening. Here are a few things to pray for us:
- For my health, I am doing a little better, but I had a strong reaction to the vaccine that has left my body sick the last two months. I am still struggling with my digestive issues, but they are improving some. As well as I have just had a lot of pain in my joints and my nerves. Please pray I just fully give it to the Lord, and that it doesn’t hinder me from experiencing what He has for me. I am praying it produces more compassionate and understanding for those who battle health issues. I am at the hospital and doctors quite a bit, so prayer for conversations, and just to be a light in there. And that I see it as an opportunity instead of grumbling and complaining in my heart. Also, prayer for just laughter and joy in it! Also, pray for me to hold my food and not to stress. And for my kids to continue to grow and learn compassion through this.
- Pray for our new our church family. I so badly want to see us continue to be knitted like a real family, who fights together, prayers together, grows together, and just sincerely loves together.
- Pray for our children. They are still just figuring out their own walks, and just because we are in ministry we don’t want them to feel obligated to have to love God, we want them to know Him and experience Him for themselves. Pray for a deeper understanding of His love for them.
- Pray for my sweet sister in the Lord, it has been a relationship I have built with her the past six years. The Lord has allowed me to really be close and now she trust me with her heart. But it’s not always easy, it comes with a lot of pain. She has been through so much abuse in her life. She has never had someone stay in her life and love her. She doesn’t know what family looks like. So please pray I love unconditionally, and just be there. Pray for complete healing in her heart, and for continual growth in this relationship.
- Pray for my Marlon. He still has some family issues going on that have been very sad and very hard for him. Prayer for just trust completely in the Lord in this.
- Prayers for our trip to Idaho!! Yes, we are coming! We will be there at church Sunday September 5th! Prayer for our time, and for travels, it’s always hard on my body, but I love coming! I love worshiping and fellowship with our church family! If you want to come by and pray over us, we would absolutely love it!
- Lastly pray for our city! We just love Vancouver, and we have such a desire to see the Lord do something so great here!
