Prayer

Daily Prayer Requests

  • Please pray for Ales and Whitney Lajlar, our missionaries in Slovenia, as they prepare to begin several new ministries over the next few weeks, including a new believer’s class, mid-week study, secondhand clothing ministry, women’s studies, youth ministry, and home groups. At the same time, Ales is preparing to begin Master’s courses virtually at Western Seminary. Pray for financial provision and the time that is needed to be effective in so much.

  • Pray for a new believer for protection from the enemy, growth in the Word, and fruit in his life.

  • Pray for Saul and Angelica, our missionaries in Tepic, Mexico, as they continue to lead their church in the midst of the pandemic. Their community was hit hard, and they desire to be a light to those around them and reach many for Jesus.

  • Please continue to pray for a woman who is doing okay but the chemotherapy is very difficult for her weak body.  Please pray for God to reveal himself to her.

  • I have been able to have some great conversations with other walkers during my morning walks.  One elderly man to whom I gave a gospel tract, read it immediately and I saw him reading it again the next day while he was resting after his walk. Please pray for him.

  • Please pray for a woman I know. I invited her to church, but she said she would never go again because of gossipers and the way her dad behaved in the home when she was younger compared to what he preached. Please pray that the Lord would do a work in her heart and heal her of her bitterness.

  • Natalie Bridges, our missionary in Bistrita, Romania, asks that we pray for the woman they hired for the after-school program. She has a steep learning curve, but they are praying for her to settle in and have great relationships with the kids.

  • Please continue to pray for Antonio Hernandez, our missionary in Oaxaca, Mexico, as he visits the indigenous missionaries and encourages them in the work they are doing to further the Gospel.
