Prayer

Daily Prayer Requests

  • Ales and Whitney Lajlar, our missionaries in Slovenia, ask that we pray for reconciliation of their previous elder and his family with the current leadership, as well as the influence he has had on the wider church family in the previous year. Please pray for divine wisdom and gracious implementation of church discipline that would lead to true reconciliation and an example of unity, in order that this couple and their team can be sent off with a blessing.

  • Please pray for our kids as they continue schooling online until schools open in person. We are praying they will stay engaged and motivated, and connected with their friends for the social aspect they miss so much.

  • Please pray for my aunt Jan who has schizophrenia and bipolar and refuses diagnosis and treatment. She is harassing her neighbors daily, saying terribly abusive and racist things. She is facing jail time for spitting in one of their faces saying she has COVID-19 (she doesn't). Please pray that this will help my aunt get the help she so desperately needs. She's been on a downhill spiral for years now and every avenue of help we have tried has failed. If jail is the means to get her on the track to help, please pray for her safety and care in all of the hands that she passes along the way. Pray also for the safety of all of those she comes across in this process. Pray that her heart would soften towards Jesus who she once knew and loved. She is currently practicing Buddhism but I know our God can reach her.

  • Pray for Kate who has stage 4 cancer.

  • Prayer for our friends in Haiti would be much appreciated.  The civil unrest, COVID, catastrophic natural events, and abject poverty continues to plague the people there. Calvary in Port St. Lucie, FL is very active and super helpful.
