MEET OUR PASTORS
Tucker Maile, Lead Pastor, spent four years heading the Kingdom Collective, post-college-age fellowship, before assuming his current position as Lead Pastor of our church.
“I love teaching people about God, encouraging them in their day-to-day life, and inspiring them to know Jesus better. Our God is the author of everyone’s walk of faith and I love to hear the stories of all He is doing in and through the people I’m privileged to serve.”
Rhett Allen, Children’s Ministry Pastor, leads more than 130 volunteers who serve approximately 500 children every week. This joyful team of teachers and assistants offer fun-filled, age-appropriate lessons that mirror the Sunday sermon kids’ parents hear during the Worship Service.
“Kids build a solid foundation in Christ by learning basic truths in an environment where love and grace are experienced first hand. Everything we do is aimed at helping families give their children a solid foundation in Christ.”
Noah Beumer, Worship Pastor, helps develop talented musical teams who carry God’s people into the presence of the Lord.
“My hope is that through the Holy Spirit, our teams create a safe atmosphere where people express their love, adoration, thanksgiving, and praise towards the Living God with songs and prayer. I pray that this focus on God’s goodness enhances our ability to love the people we encounter on a day-to-day basis.”
Reggie Etheridge, Family and Student Ministries - Jr. High Pastor, leads the Junior High Youth Group and also oversees our Family Ministry.
“I love taking part in establishing Christ’s disciples and giving people a greater knowledge of God and His Word. Helping others develop their relationships with the Holy Spirit and seeing God transform or enhance their personal circumstances is a great blessing in my life.”
Trevor Marés, Executive Pastor, has held this chief organizational position since 2014. Prior to that time he pastored the Children’s Ministry.
“I love my current role because it’s my job to clear the obstacles to church functionality that can inhibit people from getting closer to Jesus.”
Parker O’Shea, Student Ministries - Sr High Pastor, brings a solid knowledge of the Bible and a high level of enthusiasm to our High School Youth Group.
“I find great joy in being used by God to help equip this rising generation with the knowledge of God's love for them. I am so thankful God has called me to serve our church family in this way. It’s such a privilege.”
Matt Cochern, Resident Pastor of Children's and Student Ministries, joined the Calvary Boise team in 2019, before which he served at a local church leading the Junior High Ministry for 12 years. He has a passion for engaging the younger generation with the goal of building a solid foundation in Christ.
“I have found great joy in serving students in the Valley for the past 14 years. I believe my calling from God is to help students experience the real Jesus in such a way that they surrender all they are to Him and in return gain everything."
