DAILY PRAYER REQUESTS

Saturday, November 11, 2017

“Whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.”  1 Corinthians 10:31.

Why do we pray? The answers are as varied as the human condition. We pray to draw close to God, to relieve our fears, to alleviate pain, to restore relationships and heal broken bodies. We pray for provision and ask for forgiveness. We pray to tell God we love Him and we're grateful. We pray to worship all we know of Him and we pray to know Him more. We pray to better understand ourselves and to ask guidance and direction. We pray for strength and rest and comfort and joy. And in every prayer the true child of the Kingdom includes a plea to do all for the glory of God. We pray to ask that our humble lives might reflect a glimmer of all that is good and wonderful---the life of our Savior dwelling in hearts reborn.

Prayer Requests

  • Please pray for the lost in the world to be touched by the Holy Spirit and the truth of salvation in Jesus Christ and that they would experience His peace and joy and feel His love. May it change our world!

  •  Pray for Kim and Marcus who have been trying to have a child for several years without success. Pray that this hearts’ desire would be a reality very soon.

  •  Pray that a brother in the Lord is granted a permit to stay in Germany and that he also can locate a facility in Hamburg suitable for starting a ministry.

  • Pray for Ryan and Tony to experience many blessings and restoration.

  • Please pray for the Lajlars who minister the Gospel in Slovenia. Please pray for their upcoming outreach--Fusion Day— on the 19th of November. Pray that parents would come to see their kids perform, and that this event would bridge the gap to connect Fusion kids to church. Pray too that the congregation will get their new church sign up as soon as possible, so they are more visible to the public and available to those seeking God.

  • Sharon asks that we pray for God to make changes in her life and open new doors for her.

Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us, and if we know that He hears us, we know we have the petitions that we have asked of Him. - I John 5:14-15
